danger den sucks

i just wanted to say that danger den sucks, they say on their site that it takes 3-5 days to ship, and they take full advantage.:mad: i ordered on monday, at 9:47am pacific time, and they have not currently shipped yet, they must be making my blocks that i ordered. i cant stand to wait, and if i could build my own block, i would.

It just takes them a while to make the blocks, they are usually on backlog. I think I ordered my stuff on a Monday and they shipped it on Friday. It could be better but this is a very specialized product.

I have actually had a bad experience with DD. They took 2 weeks to finally ship my stuff. I emailed them about that, no respounce ever. When I finally got it the water block leaked, and the did not have instructions on how the Maze 3 should be mounted. If you put a Maze on backwards the block hits the zif socket and only touches a corner of the processor. I emailed them about that no respounce. I will never buy another DD product.

I was planning on buying 2 M3 blocks from them, and e-mailed with a bunch of questions, 3 days ago. No response, not impressed.

Funny, whenever I E-mailed DD, I always got an answer within half a day. Moreover every answer I got from them was very helpful.

If they let you know what to expect please do not complain if it is within that time. There are too many companies out there that don't tell you and make you wait.
