For your first question, I'll tell you that I am using that GPU cooler with my 1/2" id tubing, but It took a little doing. I borred out part of the inner channel as it was very small apr. .25", but I borred it to close to 1/2" with a Dremel, I then affixed 1/2"id Brass fittings and it is a decent gpu cooler.....If you have a dremel or similiar, its 1-2-3, if not it will be tough:eh?:

PS Getting Arctic Silver locally is tough most everywhere, you can get it Here (http://www.heatsinkstore.com/thermalgrease.html) for $4.99 shipped

OH yah theres a blurry pic of my MCW40 Here (http://forum.oc-forums.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=108226&highlight=MCW40)

This is before I went with two brass fittings as I was testing a polypropalene on one side

Whoa!!! Wait, don't hack up your graphics water block just yet. If I were you, I would try using a couple of Y-connectors so you can have your graphics block as a little off-shoot of your regular system. This won't hurt the flowrate of your system overall, and it would allow your graphics block to use the smaller diameter tubing that was meant for it. This trial would only cost a couple of bucks

2 Y shaped connectors
some 3/8" od tubing for the graphics block
2 tubing adapters to connect your tubing to the new 3/8"
The adapters are optional if you can stretch the new smaller tubing over the larger y-connections

Swiftech is kind of shifty calling that tubing 3/8". They mean 3/8" OD, not ID. They really should be calling it 1/4" tubing. I got messed up by this when I bought a Swiftech kit, but everything else is high quality and they have good customer service, so I'll forgive them.
