Global Win FOP38

I'm putting a FOP 38 on a PIII 1Ghz and after having the heatsink and fan apart I cant remember which direction the fan goes back on. Does the air travel away from the processor or toward the processor.

There should be an arrow on the fan showing which direction is down on all delta's.

On the globalwin the fan should blow on the cpu, I have had better results with the Alpha's sucking air away from the cpu.
