like the topic reads guys and gals ..what heatsink do you all think will be best for my P4 that will be over clocked soon

welcome to o/c forums.
you can always go for the AX478 from Thermalright and plug a fan of your choice on top.
otherwise just stick to the intel fan until you figure out what you want to do. on my 1.6a i can achieve a 904 mhz overclock on the stock fan.

many thanks for the welcome im actually a very old memeber (was here since day one) but some other projects came up durring the past year so i have not really been able to post ,but i decided to start off all fresh as a newbie :D
