They look like they block too much air-flow for my taste.

They are decent looking but they will block much more air then a normal wire grill, but they will let more air through then the cheesy punch holes from the case manufacturer, that is if you cut a blowhole out of em.

The review that I read about them did not address anything about restricting airflow but they did talk about the possibility of getting a finger lopped off. That being the case I would think that they would not be restricting much more air than a regular wire grill if any more at all.
