how many degrees will it take to make an overclocked duron 900 to be unstable ? i have had it at 150 degrees celcius but windows hung , so how hot should it be able to get before it hangs ?

150F / 65C is really pushing your luck!

I would be looking hard at what I could do to lower that temperature ASAP!
