You could but i wouldn't reccomned it... First get a better cooler (currenlty teh best air cooler for hte p4 is the thermalright ax-478) and get some case fans.... as once the p4 starts to hit 55-60 degrees celsius it starts to throttle down and your performance really bites the big one!

Go ahead boy.... the temp. is good. Maybe FSB150 @1.65V ? Make sure you buy 2 fans to cool temp. inside the case and 1 fan blows directly to CPU. You can mount it underneath Power Supply with double tape. Let me know the results.....

Personally i have found those wind tunnel like things (you know what i'm talking about right???) to work real well on cooling the chip...
what i would reccomend you do is first put in a side blow hole to your case (if you don't have one already).. and then put in one of those wind tunnel's directed torwards your cpu.. and put in a 120mm fan and then your cookin! That keeps the cpu nice and cool! I did it to a friends comp... (he had an amd chip... 1600+) and his temps went from 45 degrees celsius (full load i think as hte comp was on for 2 hours).... down to 38 degrees celsius! That's a 7 degree drop! THAT'S HUGE!!!
