Hey guys,

I just got these two enermax adjustable fans for my heatercore. The problem is I think one of the adjust dials is broken, so is there another way I could run it at full speed permanently? Do you think cutting off the dial would do it?? any ideas?? Heres a pic. http://www.newegg.com/app/Showimage.asp?image=11-999-011-01.JPG/11-999-011-02.JPG/11-999-011-03.JPG/11-999-011-04.JPG

Thanks

I've heard of ppl just connecting the wires and running them @ full speed.

Heck my rad has two Panaflo H1As on it so I just connected the fans to my rheobus.

the 'dial' is a variable resistor, whan it has a low resistance, the fan spins more because it has allows more voltage to pass through it, at a higher resistance, it blocks more voltage so the fan spinns slower, cutting it off and joining the wires will make it run at full speed, or you can cut off the old one, measure the resistance of it with multimeter and reattach a new one.
