Get a multiport router. Anything that has an ethernet connection that connects to the web can be connected to the router. You will get very good simultaneous service from each device although it will be slightly slower than a direct connection to your DSL modem.

either get a router, or get a cheap 10/100 HUB and get a 2nd NIC card and then you can turn one of your rigs into a router. save $ :D

Get a router. Then connect it from your DSL modem into the router -> 2 PCs.

If the Xbox has a built in NIC you should be able to. I would'nt know I don't own one. Go ahead and give it a shot.
If you've got a second NIC card for the second rig. You could try it that way first. Just throw the second NIC in your main rig. Setup Window's ICS (Internet connection sharing) to use the PC as a router. Then install the Xbox to the PC via crossover cable. Although I'm not sure how ICS would take to giving a connection to the Xbox. but it's worth a shot. That may give you an idea of how well it will work before spending money on a router.
