Alternative waterblock

As I do not have any access internet shopping :( and I want to have a watercooled system I need a waterblock. So how do you make a reasonalbe waterblock?

Look under "watercooling" on the homepage of this site =D. It's actually pretty simple to make your own. Surly joe has an article on how he built a waterblock similiar to the tidal pool block. They are dirt cheap to make, and you can prob find most of the stuff you'll need at a place like Home Depot.
