changing cpu fan

hi, ive got a dragon orb 3 7000rpm hsf on my xp1500 and want to change it as its getting old and its so noisy. Because of the acoustics in my room the fan can be heard everywhere and the t.v./stereo needs to be on loud so that i can hear them.

I was thinking of a volcano 7 or similar can anyone recommend a slightly quiter hsf for me
