Weird thing in 3DMark2001SE

Ok, I was running 3DMark2001SE benchmark to burn in my video card some more. By accident I didn't change the res to 1280*768 and it stayed on 1024*768.

Here's the thing: I get 8 less FPS at 1024 than I do at 1280. Which is weird because I thought I'd get better results with a lower resolution...

Any ideas? :s

Sounds like a driver problem but if you get higher framerates in the higher res then by all means use than :D

It is strange. Does this happen every time you run the bech or only after you have already tried@1280x1024
