Gf4 Ti4600

Does anyone know how good the TV out for the ChainTech GF4 TI4600 A-GT61 is. I tried it once on a GF2 TI and really couldn't see anything. I want it so I can watch maybe DVD`s on it and play games using the TV. Is this possible?

Don't most of these cards use the same hardware? I guess I thought the bundle is what set MOST of the cards apart along with the catchy colors.
