Rounded cables all the same?(copper braided)

Just wondering, finishing up my order att KDS, just wondering if all the cables really are the same, they have some that are "copper braided"? Should I do more research on them before buying them?

the only thing i would look for on a rounded cable is that its ata133 compatible.
the ata133 cables perform better than the standard ata100 cables (even on an ata100 channel)
