Well I suggest you get a PAL6035 and a shop vac. Hook the shop vac up to suck on the heatsink the same way a fan would.

I've wanted to give this a shot, but I blew the shop vac up :( Don't ask . . . . . .

The Alpha 6035 with black delta fan, or the Globalwin WBK-38.

Everybody says the Alpha with the delta 38 fan is loud but I dont think mine is all that loud, it werks great! maybe I'm just a little deaf from that last Metallica concert but I dont think mines all that loud.
