Looks like a Zalman (http://www.zalman.co.kr/english/shop/shop.htm) flower...

Anyone got any thoughts on a HS like this.. looks cool.. plenty of surface area to disapate heat... seems the only problem would be space

zalmans are very good for quiet cooling.
all you need is a quiet fan blowing over the HS.
i'm not too sure how they handle overclocking though.

Well it only has to be as quiet as the fan... picture the zalman HS with like a thermaltake smartfan2 or something different... could be nice for straight AIR... assuming you got the space to mount the beast...

i owned one like that, zalman cnps6000-cu. very silent and good.
sold it when i made watercoolig, but i reccomend it for those not overclocking too mutch, and want a quiet pc. only downside is weight.

Ahh yes the zalman flower rather than make any comments about it.. I would just suggest reading the review on the front of overclockers.com
