Anyone know how one goes about OC'ing a video card? I have a Gainward ti4200 128mb. I remeber on my old G2 there was actualy a setting in the Display Properties but on my new card I have nothing like this. Also I installed the Nvidia referance drives and not the ones that come with the card. Is that prob where I would find this kind of tool?

get it here. http://www.entechtaiwan.com/ps.htm
under the performance tab it lets you adjust clockspeeds of the gpu and gpu memory

Or you can get CoolBits from www.guru3d.com/files it' much easier. Actually that's exactly what you had in the display properties. Check some older threads on the same topic for other software and links.

Get rivatuner from guru3d.com !!

rivatuner seems to be the most popular. Powerstrip is a simple registry hack that ads an extra tab to your video card settings to allow you to raise your gpu's core/memory higher. Rivatuner and powerstrip is an actual program that lets you customize many various settings included hidden settings that the drivers don't allow you to change.
