Well, a bud of mine wanted a new pc, so yesterday we went and bought one @ your local azn mom & pop computer store :D

Athlon XP 1700+ OEM $111 (they were out of xp1600+ AGOYA-Y's , so we got a LOCKED AGOGA Y, ohh well he aint gonna OC nothing so who cares lol)
ECS K7VTA3 VIA KT333, LAN, RAID $109
Kingmax 256MB PC2700 DDR333 $119
MSI GeForce4 TI 4200 128MB DDR $278
Enermax 350W EG365P-VE Dual Fan $50
Thermaltake Volcano 9 $34

Prices are in Canadian dollars, if you wondered lol

Anyways, the MSI VD card, the TV-out doesnt want to work no matter what. I tried S-Video out, RCA video out, even unplugging the monitor while trying the TV-out. Nothing ;(
I know the card is properly installed, and all the drivers are 100% functional. Btw the PC is runing WinXP pro.

Should we RMA it?

We finished yesterday at about 4am, since we got home past 2am, plus the guy's internet is down, so it was a pain, since all the drivers are ooold.
I DL'ed all the new drivers for him, will go play around with it in about an hour, update the drivers. Maybe with a fresh head everything will work.

Nview... doh, will try it :D
