Best Video Capsure Card

Does anyone know what the best video capsure card is out there thats under $150 I want to get one but I thought I would ask around first. Thanks.

oh i think the 7500 AIW is supposed to be good and under 150. not sure about the prices on the 8500AIW's though.

the radeon's seem pretty good for capturing.
