As stated, i am running a K7V Soyo Dragon mobo with a 1.4 ghz tbird. I can OC to 1466mhz (133x11.0 instead of 10.5) and remain stable. if i try to go to 1533 (133x11.5) it *used to* run for about 5 mins and then freeze. Now it just continually reboots when it gets to windows.
if i try to oc to 133x12.0 or higher, when i do save settings and continue in my bios, it acts like its rebooting, then shows nothing and i have to shut down/power up. hitting the reset makes it do the same thing over again.
cooling - i am running 6 80mm 32.5cfm fans and 1 120mm 125cfm fan. dragon orb 3 heatsink with arctic silver 3. it usually runs around 39-41 (when i run it at 1400 or 1466 mhz) voltages are also in 10% of normal.
I dont know wtf i cant overclock higher for, could anyone please help me? Im using the latest version bios for my board, psu is 350w if that matters.

edit - KT266 chipset on the mobo

PLEASE HELP!

You could try increasing the core voltage supplied to the chip, instead of the standard 1.7 (for tBird I think) You need to increase the vcore if you are going to keep your chip stable above stock speeds, but if you do, watch your temps carefully, a slight vcore increase means a large temp increase.
