Need ram reccomendations

I just took ownership of an A-Bit KX7-333R mobo. I was wondering what kind of ram is good to let me get the max O/C?

How high of pc#'s can this board handle and what is the best brands to look for/order?

the best would be the corsair 3200 running at cas 2

That's what I've got, but its the cas2.5 flavor. Still I run it at cas2 with the best timings.

I've heard good things about mushkin and xtremeddr as well.
