I need to know of a good PSU to power my 172 Watt Peltier, my pump, and some fans
I assume all three run off of 12V-13V?

I had to drop the post and go look for this info. This is an excellent value!

I don't know what the peltier runs off of, but every thing else does.
The peltier is located at dangerden.com

your pump will run on an ac line i believe. On the peltier and fans, give them their own PSU.

That 172Watt is prolly comin from TE Dist. And theirs is 24V @ 11amps. 18V-24V power supply would be the best. You could run it at 12V but only gonna get about 1/2 performance ~86Watt. Check ebay for "24V powersupply". And the fan's if you got a 300Watt PSU just run'em on it don't worry about external :). Hope that helps.
