hello just ordered a 156w peltier :D for an Amd 1800xp what sort of overclock can i expect i am using crucial pc2100 512mb DDR with an old geforce 2 gts and 2 20gb ibm deskstars on raid and the pelt will be watercooled will i need to insulate every thing to prevent condensation oh yeah i am using an Abit kx7 333r motherboard but unfortunately space and budget are limited any advice would be gratefully welcome

Your best bet is to insulate. After all it`s better safe then sorry right.

hey , do insulate! and use silicone on ur socket or it will chort out.
as far as ur overclock i guess 300-400 mhz over normal speed.
this cos ur prosessor will make about 100 watts at that speed and ur pelt isnt the most powerful thing. the rule is twise the wattage.
