I can not break the 2GHz barrier with this XP1600 AGOIA 213 Agrrr!!! can only reach 1973MHz.

Running prime95 test right now. Hopefully it will pass

I'm not complaining about 27MHz. I just want to see 2GHz as many other have reached. I only OC for 5 years and it is one of my goal to reach 2G. Oh well, I will have to wait for another cpu :)

Try setting your memory timings to the most relaxed setting.
If it's already at that, then you probably reached the max speed of your cpu.

Unlock or get a kt333 board. Either way, you will be able to get at least another 150 Mhz from that 1600+.
