i know a million have asked but.. what speed ddr???

im sure its been asked a million times but i have been away for awile im building a new computer dual 2000xp's not gona OC them.......... sory too much work... lol

any way what kinda ddr speed do i want? do i want the max my mobo will handle? or is there 1 more stable speed etc???
