Turbolink (P4) 420 watt ATX 12v any good?

Does any1 have a Turbolink ( P4) 420 watt ATX 12 v psu and do you have any comments god and bad. This is the fan that will be shipped with a case I am looking at right now. Let me know if I should just buy a different PSU. The price with the PSU bundeled is a good deal.

I had this PSU, but ended up replacing it with an Antec due to the Turbolink's 5 volt rail being too low and really dipping with I tried to OC the system.

I got that psu bundled with my Chieftec Dragon. Is that the same case you ordered?

Anyways, unoverclocked, my Turbolink's 5v line stays consitently around 4.85, while an Antec 430watt I recently sold stayed above 4.9 when overclocked.

Simply put it is a good power supply for a stock/ low overclock system.
