I have $165.62 as you can tell from the title for a new case and psu, video card, and a new heatsink. The case doesnt really matter the only thing I want is a good 350w psu because with my new 1600+ agoia y my aopen 250w is not gonna cut it. I will use the case to complete my other computer unless I like it better than my current one then Ill use it on my main rig. Looking for a nice nVidia card dont really want an ati one because of the ****ty drivers maybe a gf3 ti200 if I can get one cheap enough, and the last thing a new hsf. Doesnt have to be the best of the best but one with good oc'ing posiblities would be nice. The stock one isnt going to satisfy my needs.;) My current system is:
1600+ agioa y
Epox 8kha+
256mb crucial pc2100 ddr
Maxtor 20gb hdd
Aopen Case
250w apoen psu
tnt2, lol
Thanks,
Chris

Woah a ti500 /me jumps up and down. I am going to order this stuff tommorow night if I can convince my mom to let me use her credit card. Also will this fan be good with that heatsink? http://www.newegg.com/app/Showimage.asp?image=35-121-001-04.jpg

Yep thats a pretty nice one. Compare it with the delta 60mm get which ever one you think will work better. Look at the cfms and the noise levels.

if you're feelin' lucky you could wait for one of those nice sub-$20 refurbished PSU's from newegg, they've had a couple of 400+ watt refurbished PSU's for sale, but you'll just have to be in the right place at the right time to pick one up.....I've been watching the refurbed page like a hawk but haven't been able to find another deal like that.

if you don't mind waiting, you might luck out (http://www.newegg.com/app/listProduct.asp?submit=list&catalog=58&Type=Refurbish&sortby=11&order=0) .

there's a 340 w enlight PSU there right now for $27, 10 less watts but 10 bucks cheaper.

Do you guys think the 10w would make much of a diffrence? And which is better enermax or enlight? Thanks for the help so far.

10w won't make much of a difference, but enermax is better anyway. worth the 10 bucks i would say. btw in regard to your comment in your first post, ati's drivers are not bad anymore, perhaps you should get with the times, bud. :) the newest ones are great. but thats neither here nor there, good luck with your purchases.

btw, heres a really cheap heatsink/fan. not sure how it will perform compared to the sk6 but it comes with a fan, and its 5.99 and its 80mm. save you 10-15 bucks right there depending on what fan you would have gotten with the sk6, cause it doesnt come with one as fishy mentioned. http://www.svcompucycle.com/newsvcgc3280.html

HOLY CRAP! I love this chip. It just booted at 166x11 with no problem. I didnt leave it like this lol because I am installing windows. I am amazed at this I wonder how high it will go with the new heatsink and psu. I plan to lap the heatsink also so that should help with temp.
