I am new to water cooling and Peliters. So can some of you give me the basics, and how to use them and such?

Thanks.

There are a bunch of articles on this here. (http://www.overclockers.com/topiclist/index21.asp#)

Please read them.

Also, you can search the forums for previous threads on Peltier's.

Not to be stand off-ish, you really should get your feet "wet" so to speak with watercooling first, then go for the pelts. I'm not saying the big leap couldn't be done, just that the two systems each have their own problems that one should be mastered first before stepping up to the other. Learn to drive before getting a stock car.

There are a bunch of (aging) TEC cooling articles on the front page under "tips and techniques>peltiers" that have some good reading on the trials and fun of TEC's.
The reason for pointing to the articles, is that if I were to oversimplify (which is easy to do in this small space) then you could wind up a computerless overclocker, which is a very sad thing indeed.

I likewise highly recommend this piece of advice. Diggrr has been around awhile and experienced the problems with H2O as have I. Start off with the water (you shall be rewarded for the effort) and work up to the pelts. ;)
