whats the best way, and material to use to make ducts from a case fan to my cpu heatsink

Posterboard is cheap and easy to work with. It takes glue and tape very well also.

I went to a hardware store today, and they sell air ducts for dryers etc. They come in various diameters (4" or 5" seems ideal for ur project) . I am thinking of making a duct to channel the hot air from my Alpha P3125 to a 92mm exhaust fan on my side panel.
