which heatsink/fan to get?

what are some good air cooled heatsink/fans for a 633 celeron? ive got a golden orb on it now, im at 790mhz stable at 1.65v, at 950 at 1.85v the windows loading screen comes up but it freezes up there, anything less then 1.85v it locks up at the post screen.

alphas and globalwins seem to be the favorites. I have a fop 38, and they are extremely diffucult to install. even with a screw driver.
