difference btwn palomino and Thoroughbred XP

What is the difference between the XP Palomino and the XP Thoroughbred processor? How do you know which one you have?

IIRC
Palomino core is .18 micron
T-Bred core is .13 micron
i would assume the size of the core is how to tell them apart
