does this mobo have built in audio and LAN???? if so, do i need a soundcard?

Well, going to Abit's website for this board (http://www.abit-usa.com/pt_main_back0805.html?pPRODUCT_TYPE=MotherBoard&pMODEL_NAME=IT7) it clearly states that is DOES have onboard Audio and Lan.

It has on board audio, so you don't need a soundcard, BUT the on board audio isn't the best so if you wanted a good card, I'd get a Hercules Gaming Theater XP 6.1.
