Rambus until dual channel DDR starts hitting the market here this fall. Using Dual channel DDR...PC2100 DDR in dual channel can *almost* equal the same level of performance as PC1066 Rambus.
I think benchmark wise if you can run your system at DDR 400(aka PC3200) levels via overclocking/ram settings you can outpace PC800 rambus no problem. But yeah, DDR333 is still a little slower in stock form.
Well I'm just saying since there is hardly any official Motherboard support yet for DDR 400, the only way you are going to get up that high is via OCing/memory settings.
