T-Bird 1.2 @ 1.4 (156w TEC)
Asus A7M266
512MB PC2100 DDR
GeForce II GTS Pro 64MB DDR (80w TEC)
4x20GB HDs running RAID 0 (constant spin of all 4 drives)
Promise Raid Controller Card
SB Live 5.1
DVD + CD-RW
DVD Controller Card
3Com 10/100 NIC

Now the Question... will a 430W PS Handle this?

The 430W supply is an excellent choice for your setup, but don't even think about running the Peltier off of you PC PSU. You can get a 12V 22A switching supply for $40.00. It will fit inside or outside your PC and is more than adequate for that 156W pelt.

Ditto with Hoot, I suggest Enermax powersupplies - quiet and stable voltages.

You may have to go into the 600+ watt PSU ranges to power all that and your TEC at full capacity.

if you are going to do it, do it right- you will need two psu, you can get two 450W enermax for $99.00 each

Listen to Hoot!! That would be a great solution. If i were to give a psu opinion i would tell you to go with Enermax Psu's.
