Does any1 know when DDR400 will be available?

In addition I have been reading about the SiS 648 chipset that does suoort unofficial DDR400 memory. So far the only motherboard that I have read reviews on is ABIT's.

But it is very dissapointing for OCing due to the low max core voltage adjustment. If anyone knows of anyother MB with this chipset that are better let me know.

id expect "real" pc 3000 and up with the arrival of the nforce 2 or shortly there after. Right now all the sticks running over 2700 are just overclocked

REAL DDR can not exist untill JEDEC (http://www.jedec.org/) makes the standard for PC3200. Everything else is currently overclocked (and tested?) RAM.
