thats pretty damn cold, but I can't see why not. I dont think the elecrticity will freeze in the line :0
A while ago I read an article about a submersion test on a mobo(dont remember which one) and a c566. It seems the setup died at around -50C or so and the mother board was toast at that point.

CPUs are made from a silicon wafer. The wafer begins to "pull apart" once it get colder the -40 to -50C. So your Idea WILL NOT work. Also be advised that even if the CPU and other integrated circuits could survive the extreme cold, the ZIF Socket is not designed to function at such temperature, so the CPU pins would probibly not make contact with the socket.
