No, that core was photographed and a CORE map was photoshoped onto the core to give you a good idea of how large the components inside really are.

It still looks cool thou but I couldnt see the point to a see through core since technically, it would be impossible with the materials on earth.

BTW, Glass just sucks for heat conduction hehe

Yeah, and besides that, it would be completely covered by your cooling device anyway.

Still looks neat though

no no you get a glass hs :) I hear that glass is a great thermal conductor :rolleyes:

Um, glass melts under heat and pressure. Heatsinks put pressure on cores and therefore makes glass impossible to use.
