Not only card is important, is not it true?

Due to this can some one help -what is the difference between

The ALL(!) features of difference or substancial good or bad things about both is in need. As a sample.
Look forward. Thanks you.

Do you mean that you want to get higher refresh rates and higher resolutions that your monitor isn't rated for but the bigger monitor is?

Get an TFT and everything is all right ;)
TFT's are really good, you'll notice it, when you normally work on an TFT an then a few hours on an CRT. Your eyes will thanks you for using an TFT!!

Evidently I prefer colors of CRT. and Price - is Valuable.

So we need to overclock CRT -> CRT of same price family.
___
The problem is in, Yes - higher resolution, but at first only, all else parametrs must be so - to fit total quality sum of parameters of 21" average monitor. To reseve same quality result in 19" as in 21".

How about direct (and sincere:) ) responce?
If you are not spy.:eh?:

Well, I couldn't really make a response unless I knew for sure what you meant. I really don't know how to accomplish what you're trying to do other than using drivers that aren't really FOR your monitor. Thus your computer thinks your monitor can handle a higher resolution based on driver information. Try using the default "Plug and Play Monitor" driver that comes with XP, then tell it to not hide resolutions or refresh rates that your monitor can't display. Keep in mind that if you go too high your screen will go wunky, just wait a few seconds and it will go back to the previous setting. If this happens then obviously you're not going to be able to "overclock" your current monitor through any other means other than hardware tweaking, and that isnt easy with monitors, sorry.

I'm just trying to be somewhat helpful, sometimes people can only answer part of a question while others answer the rest, google.com is your friend, try there.

Ok, be friendly, Thanks you, for true.
and try sometimes be helpfully directly as asked in question and not just flamely. Like TFT.

If you responded as you think, it is very simple, and not that effect were in attention. Just resolution and refresh - is not defines good quality, but many other factors. Simple of them - step of display pitch and wide of focus, following to cleanless of some smaller text. And so on, but you forget about direct question respond first... Please note about this something.
