Asus P4B533-E Sound Question

I am just getting rid of my Asus A7V266-E and making the move back to intel. I tryed the onboard sound on my old A7V266-E and dumped it to go back to my SB Live! with Live Drive IR. And here is my question it the Onboard sound one th P4B533-E better than the A7V266-E? and if so is it better than the SB Live!? Also does it take up more CPU power to run then SB Live?
