The Alpha PEP-66 with a Delta 38 remains the best, if you can stand the noise.

In my opininion the GlobalWin WBK38 is the best cooler around, of course with the Delta Fan, that comes with it from the beginning, not like the Pep66 where you have to buy the fan seperately.

the pep66 is the way to go, the wbk-38 is good also.
