I have a gig of mushkin memory and was wondering if it can stand overclocking. If it is could you please tell me what voltage/speed is good.

It's ok. You will just have to try it. I would see how far you can get with default voltage. Raise the fsb to 150 and see if that works ok and then raise it 5-10mhz a time after that.
Don't forget to lower your cpu multiplier (cpu must be unlocked) so you don't try to oc the cpu too far.

Do exactly what Placid said, only I would start off @ 145 fsb... it's pc2100 mushkin so it's not for sure that you'll hit 150 off the bat... good luck! :)
