It7 Apic

Hi !

Quick question on the APIC setting in the IT7's bios...
I know on my KX7333-Raid this setting causes instability at high FSB-(190 and up) is the same true for the IT7 ?? Anyone notice this ?
Just trying to aviod having to reinstall WIN XP if possible.

Not to leave you hanging..... But I've spoken briefly with Abit about APIC in the past and what it appears to be is a new standard/scheme from m$ that allows lots O tricks to be played around with in assigning IRQ's, amongst others.....

I would think that any problem(s) you have with APIC would be one(s) caused by m$ and NOT Abit. Speak with Abit about it, I'm sure you'll come to the same conclusion.........
