Uninstall the card from safemode then boot up into windows. This should reset windows into the lowest safe resoultion and refresh rate. Then install the card from windows again.
Tell us how you go.
i've been workin on it, the last 2 days
moving from one computer to another
formating windows
trying windows 2k, xp, 98
changin monitor's and nothin good
the newest thing i got is:
now is the first time i was able to boot, and these are the best settings and qualiti i am able to get
(in the picture)

if i move that option right in the top "Hardware acceleration" just to 3/4 or 4/4, windows doesn't boot
that's the only way i can boot is using 2/4
with lower resolution screen get's worse...
even when im in BIOS or ASUS LOGO in the begin, they are all messed up with a lot of lines and strange colors

anyone have any IDEIA or suggestion what can i do??
thank you guys
Could the video card have come overclocked too much?
Hmm is the card bad ? It sounds like no matter what system or O/S you are having problems.I would consider the card the issue.
Or is the card overclocked ? That would cause some of these issues you mention..
im guessing this card is bad
i will keep trying to do something for a few more days
does anyone know if it's possible to replace the card? i sent an email to visiontek support yesterday and they rejected it..

it's overclocked just by 3.42hz
