I'm looking for a programm with which i can creat a ram drive under win2k/winxp. if possible freeware.

If you do I am curious to see how much 3dmark scores improve if you install it on a ramdrive. (I dont know if faster harddrives lead to a better score (or if harddrives even effect it at all) but I would like to know)

well, i got it working, but i can't get a ram drive with 500mb even though i have 1gb of ram. and if i take more than 100mb windows needs more time to boot.
