hey rUfunKy, did you have to dod anything to your case for the core to go in? i ask because i am putting a 89'camaro core in my secondary system, and it seems like a tight fit getting it in there.:p

ps, how much for you to make me 2 of those camaro shrouds???:p

ps, how much for you to make me 2 of those camaro shrouds???:p No tips really , fortunately everything fit nice and went pretty smooth ..like I said you might want to drill out the rivets on the top cage and replace them with screws for easier access..The width of the Heater Core is a snug fit also so you'll have to twist one side in at a time and then slide it in. Just take your time...

about the shroud .. its simple enough make and the satisfaction of a job well done is much more fulfilling than paying someone else to do it... ;) Good Luck

You don't have a radiator right? How did you get all the water in there?

Yeah it was the reservoir, thanks. Do you fill the system with water before attaching the water block and the rest of the equipment, or did you connect everything and then submerged the pump while it was in the case, then removed it after?

Yes, I filled the system before I installed it and just added water through the T as needed...

That way is quite risky as you do not know wether things are connected appropietly!
