I'm Going Insane Trying To Install Windows XP on 6baIV

Help! no matter what i do i cant install windows xp on this board. it wont recognize my hard drive in the bios no matter how i set the jumpers and not matter what ide slot i put it on...

anyone know what the problem is?

What kind of drive is it? Does it work in other computers?
