HELP!! IT7 flash bios BIG problem

I just flashed my it7 bios to MrN's 9x and all appeared to go well during the flash but when I rebooted I got a bios rom checksum error and the keyboard was not detected and a code 41. The award bootprotection was also on. I tried other keyboards and none of them made a difference. I tried to reflash the bios but it tell me that it is write protected and wont let me. Is there anything I can do?!?

Have you tried clearing CMOS?
