I need to quiet this thing down, please help. I just have one question.

I want to run all of my fans a 7 volts (not the HSF one) to help quiet down this thing. It sounds kinda like a hair dryer now and after a while that just gets to ya. I am just wondering if I it will be ok to have 3 fans running at 7 Volts ( i am worried about the 5V rail.) TIA!!!

That should not be a problem. The ampherage of the fans at 7V is low.
I ran 4-120MM-108CFM fans @ 7V for months, then I got a rheobus. I would suggest the same for you.
