Whats the purpose of these things called peltiers.

Basically, its a solid state thermal transfer unit. It uses electricity to "suck" the heat from one side and push it to the other. Its a big coo for an overclocker and it significantly reduces temps on the CPU. Of course with almost every badass method of cooling there are some downsides. Theres a down and dirty explanation, hope it helps.
