FOP38 HELP!!!~!!!

Would a FOP38 work well with a 1.2ghz 266fsb AMD t.bird??? They don't seem to sell other good HSF in australia. Pretty weird... Thats the best HSF i can find. With the delta fan. Please advice

Nice choice!
The Delta fan does a great job, but makes much noise... It is really LOUD, but if that ain't a problem, the FOP38 is fine, also for a bit of overclocking! :)

what is the C/W of the FOP38??? What i am afraid of is i burn the 1.2ghz chip...

For the price, it's hard to beat the GW FOP. I don't remember the C/W, but it's near the top of the pack in reviews I've seen. If you put a 80mm high output fan on instead of the 60mm, it'll run cooler and quieter. The FOP is a very good choice. You'll be pleased, especially if you use a good thermal paste.

Yeah Mojo, get good thermal grease (Like Arctic Silver II) and I don't think you will fry your CPU.
